FAQs

What happens when a tenancy is due to expire & I wish to re-let?

Three months before the tenancy is due to expire, we start the process of writing to the Tenant(s) to enquire if an extension is required. If not (subject to management level) arrangements will be made to check out the tenant through an independent Inventory Clerk with the Inventory on the last day of the agreement. The property will be placed back onto our books with effect from the fourth/Tenth month, giving us two months to find further suitable Tenant(s).

In the Tenancy Agreement provision has been made for access to the property to show prospective tenants round before the expiration of the current tenancy.
