What happens if the tenant does not pay the rent?

A reminder will be sent seven days after the due date. If fourteen days elapse from the due date the Tenant will be contacted to let him/her know that we are advising the Landlord to take instructions from a Solicitor in order to take legal action in order to regain possession

A Section 8 Notice based on Ground 8 (A Mandatory Ground) can be served when two months rent is outstanding if the rent is payable on a monthly basis. A Notice requiring Possession Section 21 can be served giving the statutory two months notice.
